Clean accommodation, very-very nice staff. Quiet atmosphere and guest room with mineral water. Exceptional food and soft drinks. Good swimming pool and particularly good location very close to the beautiful Pirin mountain, the restaurant, and a forest with a mineral water. Also, by taxi from Bansko. Really nice stay, as always.
Terrible staff!

The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were amazing and very enjoyable, especially because they were filled with hot mineral water. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. Plus, the bedroom was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
The food was not very appetizing and lacked variety. the facilities were not properly maintained, with some tiles broken and the sauna not working.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a quiet area next to the forest and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail was immaculate, and I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views of the Rila and Pirin mountains. The staff provided top-notch service and the basic amenities were all well-maintained. Additionally, the rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully clean, and decorated in a super-cozy style with lovely pictures of horses.
All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

Nestled near the mountains and surrounded by serene forest, this hotel provides a tranquil getaway from the city. the rooms are cozy and tidy, with comfortable beds, and the staff is courteous and responsive to your needs. Breakfast is delicious and the beer selection is fantastic. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as the sauna and steam room.
The hotel seems to struggle with maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the property.
